Production of Parts by Machining Surfaces

With CNC Mazak machine, we perform small-batch and serial production quickly and with high-quality. We mill flat, shaped and helical surfaces, as well as gear teeth and grooves of various profiles. Accuracy tolerance: ± 0.004 mm.

Our company has STAR universal turning centres equipped with active tools, allowing us to manufacture complex parts. We can process all types of materials and plastics. In addition, we can produce large quantities of parts in a short period of time.

We cut spur, chevron and helical gears as needed.

We have over 20 years of experience in this field and use the 7-axis bending machine. It allows us to manufacture complex products up to 32 mm in diameter. We can work with pipes of various profiles and even roll spirals.

For products that require high precision or exceptional aesthetics, we use optical, horizontal and circular grinding machines.
